If It's Automated, It's Spam!

If it's copy/pasted, it's spam.
If it's a template, it's spam.
If it's a cadence, it's spam.
This doesn't mean don't do it.
If it works, spray and pray away.
But this isn't really prospecting.
It's email marketing.
1. Start real conversations
2. Multi-thread the org
3. Build champions bottom-up
These are the types of things AI can't do.
So you probably should.
I've done all of the things listed above throughout my sales career.
I've hired and trained teams to do them as well.
None of this means don't do these things, but it does mean as outbound sellers we need to be expanding our strategies and shift toward quality over quantity.
We can automate the quantity aspect if it works, but we need to provide value that can't be automated.
That is the path forward.
