Global Sales Expansion Got Easier

It's still hard, but Zoom made it easier.
You still have to navigate:
-time zones
-languages
-cultural buying styles
-different integrations
It's arguably easier to sell into the US from overseas than vice versa now.
But it didn't used to be this way.
Still trying to determine all that it means.
But it certainly indicates a global shift away from US dominance.
I don't see this as a US decline, but a rise in overseas quality and execution.
EMEA and APAC are essentially now in the same ballpark as US SaaS.
With all that's changing in the world, I feel this has somewhat gone unrecognized.
It wasn't long ago that it was perceived as a negative if a SaaS company wasn't based in the US.
I never hear this mentioned from customers or employees anymore.
It's all the same now, and it deserves a shout out. Well done!
That said, the big technological innovations and inventions still come from the US, like ChatGPT, Tesla, etc. but from a software standpoint it seems it's anyone's game today if they can overcome the time zones, languages, and cultural differences.
Global equality is on the rise, and it's happening so quickly we may not even realize what took place. Overall it's a very positive thing.
